If you would like to apply for Promotion and Events Officer then fill out the form below.
Please email to us at company@qmtc.co.uk a one page manifesto (this can be as creative as you want and potentially resembling an A4 poster) and, if you wish to, you may email us a video to accompany your application but it must be no longer than 2 minutes. The manifesto is compulsory but the video isn't.
Deadline: 12pm GMT on Friday the 19th of March!

1) Which role you are applying for
2) Why you believe you are suited to this role
3) What you want to achieve within the committee
4) Why people should vote for you

Role Rescription
This role requires some admin work, but it is primarily the creative side of what would be considered theatre producing in the theatre industry. I've enjoyed working as Social and Promotional Officer this year as it has been a great opportunity to improve and demonstrate my artistic skills, and marketing skills, and I would recommend the role to anyone who was interested in a creative and social side to QMTC.

- Handling the social events of the society
- Liaising between artists and directors to produce posters for each show
- Editing and distributing posters for each festival around the university campus
- Making sure all promotional material has the relevant logos
- Designing the noticeboard in ArtsOne
- Organise the posters and flyers to advertise on the Royal Mile when QMTC goes to Edinburgh
- Choosing the colour of the QMTC t-shirts each year
- Listening to what members want in socials and trips
