Picture

THE FROGS
DIR. THYRZA ABRAHAMS

‘The Frogs’ is a Greek farce, following the quest of an arrogant god, Dionysus, to the underworld (Hell) in order to save the writer he’s been fanboying about. Full of innuendo, physical comedy, situational comedy and just downright fun (stupidity). Come and join us for some toga party madness!!

OH MY CRUMPETS!
DIR. DANIELLA HARRISON

'Oh My Crumpets' is a comedy sketch show. It's witty, absurd, punny, physical, cringe-y, and sexy. It is all of the adjectives. It is comedy.
Come see The Crumpets Ensemble perform a series of sketches, a new(ish) form for QMTC! With sketch titles including 'Toilet', 'Barry Scott', and 'Planets Anonymous', who could resist buying a ticket?

HOW WE KILLED RAPSUTIN

Dir. Greg Dimmock & Jaz MANVILLE

The year is 1916, the date is either December 17th or December 30th depending on which calendar you are consulting - we will meet in the middle and say Christmas Day. Russia is fighting a war it is losing, the people are starving and the Tsar is losing control. Action needs to be taken.
Tonight the infamous Rasputin will eventually receive the worst Christmas present of them all: death.
‘How We Killed Rasputin’ is a dark comedy containing strong language, turnips and strobe lighting.

INORDNANCE
DIR. CHRIS FIELD

2061. In recent decades, the green and pleasant fields of England are devastated following a brutal and bloody uprising. The Four Horsemen run rampant across the woodland of New Bethlehem, slaughtering all that oppose them.
Dissident groups remain vigilant. After being forced underground by a crackdown on rebellion, the Ordnance Survey has evolved into a militant cult; the Church of Ordnance. Ko, the child born in the throes of civil war, is the sole survivor, left to contemplate the fall of his family and comrades.
And all the while, the ghosts of the past haunt the bleak woodland. Battles and skirmishes may be forgotten, but cowardice never shall.

THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED
DIR. CHARLIE HURFORD

That's not what happened... is about stories and it's about love. It's about how others see us and how we see ourselves. It's about what happens when your characters don't agree with you anymore. When they start fighting back, and they don't like what you've written or how you've written it. However, most of all it's about Cas and Joyce, and their story, as they work their way through post-graduate life.
